Gary A. Hook, P.E., COO

Mr. Hook is experienced in overall project management and is responsible for all business operations. In addition, he is responsible for technical and financial aspects of various multi-disciplinary projects including conceptual studies, preliminary engineering design, specification development, proposal evaluation, project scheduling, cost and risk analysis, detailed engineering design, construction management and facility start-up management.

Jim Laswell, M.E., President

Mr. Laswell is responsible for strategic initiatives and marketing. He has participated in and led all aspects of project design, including feasibility studies, site investigation, programming, presentations, client correspondence, design development, consultant coordination and training. Mr. Laswell has assisted clients with City, State and Federal project incentive programs.

Richard Schultz, R.A., Sr. Vice President

Richard J. Schultz, R.A., as Senior Vice President, is responsible for overall program management. His leadership has provided direction and focus to the Company’s development and growth. His “lead by example” style of management provides the office with an experienced source of project management, contract administration and office management from which all office personnel learn. He initiated the installation of a state-of-the-art computer system, complete with architectural design and management software capabilities to contend with modern business practice and technology. His thirty-five years of experience in all phases of the design and construction processes, provides a nearly unmatched source of information and guidance for complex projects.

Danny Summers, P.E., Sr. Vice President

Mr. Summers is experienced in overall project oversight and is responsible for day-to-day field operations. He has controlled all phases of the building process and is well-versed in aspects such as scheduling, tracking and estimating. Additionally, Mr. Summers is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
